 A Kansas City native and proud Texan of more than two decades, Jenna brings over 15 years of experience in tax strategy, business operations, and private-client advisory environments to her legal practice. She began her career in public accounting before moving into executive leadership roles within private asset management and global venture investment, providing her with a distinctive blend of financial insight and legal precision.

Jenna holds a J.D., M.B.A., and B.B.A. in Accounting. She regularly coordinates with financial advisors and CPAs, while serving as independent legal counsel focused solely on the client’s legal interests.

Jenna understands both the legacy-minded perspective of long-established Texas families and the sophisticated considerations facing those who have more recently made Texas their home. She is known for discretion, clarity, and ensuring legal structures function as intended over time.

With a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and a J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law, Aluwet brings a strong analytical foundation and meticulous attention to detail to her work with JBG Law. Her experience across nonprofits, legal organizations, and governmental institutions informs a disciplined approach to the legal and structural needs of families and closely held businesses.

Aluwet assists the attorney in matters involving business law, tax-related legal structuring, and estate planning implementation through research, drafting support, and coordinated client communication under attorney direction. She contributes to the organized and discreet service experience central to the firm’s practice and is valued for her precision, professionalism, and commitment to quality in every matter.

Mary serves as Paralegal at JBG Law, where she supports client matters through document preparation, file management, and coordinated communication throughout each stage of representation. Mary is Clio-certified and assists the attorney in maintaining organized workflows across estate planning implementation, business matters, and contract documentation so clients experience a clear and steady process from start to finish.

Mary earned her Paralegal Certificate from Southern Methodist University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. Her prior legal experience includes drafting and filing court documents, managing case records, coordinating deadlines, and communicating with clients and third parties under attorney supervision.  

Jenna serves as Executive Administrative Lead for JBG Law, supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure and client coordination systems. As a Clio-certified professional, she oversees workflow management, file organization, and internal process implementation to ensure matters move efficiently from intake through completion.

In her supervisory capacity, Jenna manages administrative support functions, maintains technology platforms, and helps safeguard the organized and structured client experience central to the firm’s practice. She is valued for her technical proficiency, attention to detail, and steady leadership behind the scenes.

Jennifer supports JBG Law through administrative coordination and day-to-day operational assistance. Her responsibilities include email triage and management, calendar coordination, client communications support, and data entry to maintain accurate and organized records.

Jennifer plays a key role in ensuring responsiveness and continuity in client communications, contributing to the professional and seamless experience clients expect from the firm.
